How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days anywhere in Pakistan. You will receive your order number the moment you place the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently deliver across Pakistan only, to every major city and town, with Cash on Delivery. Follow us on Instagram for news if that changes.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We move fast. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact us as soon as possible (WhatsApp is quickest) and we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once a pair is packed, it is on its way.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with the NX- order number from your confirmation email — it shows your order's live status. Once your pair ships we also add the courier and tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We offer 7-day free returns on unworn pairs in original condition and packaging. Contact us with your NX- order number and we will arrange the pickup label.

How do exchanges work?

Need a different size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the courier, so you are never left waiting.

When will I get my refund?

Since orders are paid Cash on Delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 business days of our team receiving and inspecting your return.

Are sale items returnable?

Full-price and sale items both qualify for our standard 7-day return window. Final-sale items, when marked as such, are the only exception.

Do the shoes run true to size?

We list every pair in EU whole sizes as marked by its original brand, and most fit true to size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, size up. See our Size Guide for EU/US/UK conversions.

What condition are the shoes in?

Every pair is pre-owned, hand-inspected and graded — Premium+ (like new), Premium, Excellent or Good. The grade and real photos of the actual pair are on each product page; see the Condition Guide for what each grade means.

How should I care for my pair?

Accepted Answer

Wipe leather with a soft damp cloth and condition occasionally. For knit uppers, spot-clean with mild soap and air dry away from direct heat. Avoid the washing machine to preserve structure.

Will sold-out pairs be restocked?

Most of our pairs are one of a kind — once a pair sells, it is gone. New hand-picked pairs are added regularly, so check back often or follow us on Instagram for fresh drops.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery, everywhere in Pakistan — pay in cash when your pair arrives at your door. No card or advance payment is needed.

Is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You never pay online — checkout only collects your delivery details, sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and you settle in cash on delivery.

Do I need an account to check out?

Accepted Answer

No — there are no customer accounts at all. Checkout just asks for your delivery details, and you track your order any time with the NX- order number from your confirmation.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes — enter your code at checkout and the discount is applied to your total instantly, on top of any live sale price.
