Free standard shipping applies automatically once your cart exceeds ₨8,000. Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay when the pair arrives.
How Returns Work
Start your return
Contact us with your NX- order number and request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Pack & ship it back
Repack the unworn pair in its box and attach the prepaid label we email you.
We inspect & process
Once received, our team inspects the pair and approves your refund or exchange.
Refund or new pair
Refunds land in 3–5 business days; exchanges ship the moment your return is scanned.
The Fine Print
7-day window. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Pairs must be unworn, with original tags, box and packaging intact.
Prepaid labels. Returns ship free using the label we provide — anywhere in Pakistan.
Final sale. Items explicitly marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. All other styles, including those on promotion, are eligible.
Damaged or incorrect orders. Received the wrong pair or a defect? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
